Returns

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or e-gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges of $10.00 within the United States which will be deducted from your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped internationally, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours window.

Returns have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all the international return shipping charges of the amount $35.00 if you decide to use our return label.

if you decided to use your own shipping carries, then we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returns back to us and send us an email at info@trendybytala.com to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
