Returns & Store Credit Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trendy By Tala. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

Important Notice

We gladly accept eligible returns within our return period for store credit or exchange.

Please note that returned items are not eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.

All returns must meet the requirements outlined in this policy and are subject to inspection and approval before store credit or an exchange is issued.

U.S. Returns

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible U.S. orders. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trendybytala.com or submit a return request through your customer account.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used toward any future purchase
  • Is delivered electronically by email
  • Is typically issued within 3–5 business days after return approval

How to Use Your Store Credit

Once your store credit has been issued, you can apply it toward any future purchase.

  1. Click the Account icon on our website and sign in using your email address or Shop account.
  2. Enter the login code sent to your email when prompted.
  3. Once logged in, your available store credit balance will be displayed on your account page.
  4. Add your favorite items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. During checkout, you will have the option to apply your available store credit toward your purchase.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or using your store credit, please contact our Return Team at info@trendybytala.com.

U.S. Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns.

As a courtesy, a $10 Return Shipping Credit will be added to your store credit balance after your return is approved. This credit may be applied toward a future purchase along with the value of your returned item.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If the requested item, color, or size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trendybytala.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review the matter promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Returns

International customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

International Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, shipping labels, carrier fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment.

At this time, Trendy By Tala does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Our team is happy to assist customers in identifying available shipping options and reliable carriers that may offer competitive rates in their country.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Trendy By Tala is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • Personalized items
  • Special-order items
  • Items marked Final Sale

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy and is eligible for store credit or exchange only.
