Thank you for shopping with Trendy By Tala. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from our Florida warehouse.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Shipping estimates provided at checkout begin once your order has been shipped.

While most orders ship within 3–5 business days, certain styles may require additional processing time due to inventory availability, supplier delays, quality inspections, high order volume, or logistics delays.

During holidays, promotions, product launches, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


U.S. Shipping

We currently ship domestic orders using UPS and other trusted carriers.

Please note:

  • A physical street address is required, as some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and holiday deliveries are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and select international destinations.

International orders are generally delivered within 7–17 business days after shipment; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local carrier operations, and transportation conditions.

International orders may be shipped using DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or other trusted international carriers.

Please note:

  • International delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Customs inspections and local import procedures may cause delays beyond our control.
  • Certain countries may have shipping restrictions that could result in extended transit times or delivery limitations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by Trendy By Tala and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Trendy By Tala does not pay, reimburse, or estimate customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office before placing an order if they have questions regarding potential charges.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Trendy By Tala is not responsible for delays, losses, delivery failures, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.


Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and schedule.

Trendy By Tala is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Government actions
  • Holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Trendy By Tala is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages that show a delivered status from the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim. We will gladly assist by providing available shipment documentation when possible.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused by the recipient, returned due to an incorrect address, abandoned, or returned because customs duties, taxes, or import fees were not paid, any return shipping charges, customs charges, carrier fees, or other associated costs may be deducted from any eligible store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Backorders & Pre-Orders

Occasionally, certain items may become temporarily unavailable due to high demand.

Customers will be notified by email if an item is backordered or if there is an unexpected inventory delay.

Items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder will ship according to the estimated timeframe provided on the product page. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, supplier, logistics, or transportation delays.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse logistics, or supplier fulfillment schedules.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Order Verification

For fraud prevention and security purposes, Trendy By Tala reserves the right to request additional information to verify billing or payment details before processing an order.

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in order cancellation.
