Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trendy By Tala. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

Important Notice

Please note that our return window does not guarantee a refund to your original method of payment.

Eligible returns submitted within the return period may qualify for store credit or exchange only, subject to inspection and approval.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for returned items.


U.S. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible U.S. orders. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trendybytala.com or submit a return request through your customer account.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your return.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of an e-Gift Card.

Store credit:

  • Has no expiration date
  • Can be used toward any future purchase
  • Is delivered electronically via email
  • Is typically issued within 3–5 business days after return approval

U.S. Return Shipping Fee

A $10 return shipping fee applies to U.S. returns.

However, instead of deducting the fee from your store credit, the $10 return shipping fee will be added to your store credit balance and can be used toward your next purchase.

This allows you to apply the full value of your original purchase plus the return shipping credit toward a future order.


Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trendybytala.com and include photos of the issue.

Our team will review the matter and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.


International Returns

International customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

International Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, shipping labels, carrier fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment.

At this time, Trendy By Tala does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

However, our team will be happy to assist customers in exploring available return shipping options and identifying reliable carriers that may offer competitive rates in their country.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Trendy By Tala is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • Personalized items
  • Special-order items
  • Items marked Final Sale

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
