Return & Exchange Policy

U.S. Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible U.S. orders. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please submit your return request through your customer account or contact us at info@trendybytala.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Please note:
- A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange total for U.S. returns.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items.
The quickest way to receive your preferred size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@trendybytala.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or special-order items
- Accessories and personal care items

International Returns
International customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.
We offer a 7-day return policy for international orders, meaning return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
International Return Options
Option 1:
Customers may use their own shipping carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TrendyByTala is not responsible for lost return packages.
Option 2:
Customers may request a prepaid international return label through us by contacting info@trendybytala.com.
Please note:
- A flat international return shipping fee of $35.00 will apply when using our return label.
- Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Store Credit & Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your return.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit within 3–5 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at info@trendybytala.com.
