European Union Right of Withdrawal Policy
This policy applies only to customers whose orders are delivered to a member country of the European Union (EU).
Please note: Customers outside the European Union are covered by our standard Return & Exchange Policy, under which eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchange only. The rights described below apply only where required under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
Your Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Withdrawal Request
You can notify us of your decision to withdraw by:

- Submitting your withdrawal request.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Returning Your Items
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or where otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
Customers are also responsible for any applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees associated with the return shipment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or proof that they have been shipped back (whichever occurs first), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Your refund will include:
- The purchase price of the returned item(s)
- The cost of the original standard outbound shipping
Please note:
- Additional charges for expedited, express, or premium shipping selected at checkout are not refundable.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Goods made to the customer's specifications
- Sealed personal care or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery
- Gift cards
- Products that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
- Any other products excluded under applicable European Union consumer protection laws
